How to Change Your Billing Contact

Keeping your billing contact information up to date ensures invoices, reminders, and renewal notices go to the right person — especially important for teams, organisations, or managed accounts.


🔐 Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area

Visit https://my.ecowebhosting.co.uk and sign in.


👤 Step 2: Go to Your Profile

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner

  2. Select My Profile from the dropdown


📝 Step 3: Update Your Billing Contact Info

  1. Under the Contact Information section, you can update:

    • Name

    • Company (if applicable)

    • Email address (used for billing notifications)

    • Phone number

    • Address

  2. Click Save Changes when done


💡 Optional: Add Additional Contacts

If someone else (e.g. an accountant or colleague) needs to receive billing notifications:

  • Go to Contacts/Sub-Accounts

  • Click Add New Contact

  • Tick "General Emails" and "Invoice Emails" to allow billing-related communication
