How to Edit Storage Space of a Mailbox

Last updated on Apr 30, 2025

Each mailbox has a storage quota, which limits how much email it can store. If a mailbox is approaching its limit, you can easily increase or adjust the quota โ€” or set it to unlimited if required.

This guide shows you how to update the storage space for a mailbox in your Email Control Panel.

๐Ÿ” Step 1: Access the Email Control Panel

If you're not already logged in, follow this guide:

๐Ÿ“ฆ Step 4: Update the Quota

  1. Enter a new storage value in MB (e.g. 2048 for 2GB)
