Deleting a mailbox will permanently remove the mailbox and all emails stored within it. This action is irreversible, so if you need to keep any messages, make sure to back them up or move them to another mailbox first.

Make sure you've downloaded or transferred any important emails

Once deleted, the mailbox and all its contents cannot be recovered
🔐 Step 1: Access the Email Control Panel

🧭 Step 2: Navigate to the Email Section
- Click on the Email tab from the left-hand menu
🧾 Step 3: Locate the Mailbox

You'll see a list of all mailboxes associated with your domain

Find the mailbox you wish to delete
🗑 Step 4: Delete the Mailbox

Click the three dots (⋮) next to the mailbox

Select Delete Account from the dropdown
The mailbox will be removed immediately, and access via Webmail or email clients will be revoked.
