How to Change Your Email Password

If you need to update your email password — for security reasons or simply to make it easier to remember — you can do so quickly within your Email Control Panel.

🔐 Step 1: Access the Email Control Panel

If you're not already logged in, start here:

✉️ Step 2: Go to the Email Accounts Section

  1. Click the Email tab in the left-hand menu

  2. Then click Email Account

🔎 Step 3: Find the Email Address

  • You’ll see a list of existing mailboxes associated with your domain

  • Locate the email account you'd like to update

⚙️ Step 4: Open the Options Menu

  1. Click the three dots next to the mailbox

  2. Select Change Password from the dropdown

🔁 Step 5: Set Your New Password

  • Enter your new password twice to confirm

  • Or click Generate Random for a strong, secure password

  • Then click CHANGE PASSWORD to save
    Set New Password

✅ Done!

Your password has now been updated. Be sure to update it in any email apps or devices where you’ve previously saved the old password.
