How to Enable a Catch-All Email Address

Last updated on Apr 30, 2025

A Catch-All Email Address allows you to capture all emails sent to invalid or mistyped addresses under your domain. Instead of bouncing, these emails are redirected to a mailbox you choose — ensuring you never miss a message due to a typo.

🔐 Step 1: Access the Email Control Panel

If you're not already logged in, follow this guide:
👉 How to Access Your Email Control Panel

✉️ Step 2: Open the Settings Section

  1. In the left-hand menu, click on Email

  2. Then click on Settings
    Settings Location

⚙️ Step 3: Enable the Catch-All Feature

  • Find the section labelled Catch-All Address

  • Toggle the switch to ON (by default, it will be OFF)

📥 Step 4: Choose a Destination Mailbox

  • Once enabled, a dropdown menu will appear

  • Select the mailbox where you'd like all unassigned email to be delivered
    Select Mailbox

✅ Done!

Your catch-all address is now active. Any emails sent to misspelled or non-existent addresses at your domain (e.g. info@yourdomain.com instead of support@yourdomain.com) will now be delivered to the mailbox you selected.

⚠️ Note on Spam

Catch-all addresses can sometimes attract more spam, since they accept email sent to any address at your domain. Make sure you have effective spam filtering enabled.
