Last updated on Apr 30, 2025

If you’re receiving unwanted emails from a specific domain, you can block the entire domain using your Email Control Panel. This ensures that none of their messages are delivered to any mailboxes under your domain.

🔐 Step 1: Access the Email Control Panel

If you’re not already logged in, follow this guide:
👉 How to Access Your Email Control Panel

🚫 Step 2: Open the Filters Section

  1. In the left-hand menu, click on Email

  2. Click the Filters button

  3. Then click the Blocked icon

✍️ Step 3: Add a Domain to the Blacklist

  1. In the Blocked section, enter the domain you want to block (e.g. example.com)

  2. Click Add to apply the filter

Once saved, emails from any address ending in that domain will be automatically rejected or filtered, depending on your settings.

✅ That’s It!

You’ve now successfully blocked the domain. This filter applies to all email accounts under your domain, helping keep spam or unwanted messages out.
