A mailbox stores emails sent to your address and allows you to send, receive, and sync messages across devices. Once set up, you can access it via Webmail or your preferred email apps. Each mailbox has a primary email address, and aliases can be added later if needed.
This guide shows you how to create a new mailbox in your Email Control Panel.
🔐 Step 1: Access the Email Control Panel

✉️ Step 2: Go to the Email Section

In the control panel, click the “Email” tab from the left-hand menu

Click the + New Mailbox button
📝 Step 3: Fill Out Mailbox Details
Enter the details for your new mailbox:

Email – This will be the name before the @ (e.g.
info, resulting ininfo@yourdomain.com) -
Password – Choose a strong, secure password

Mailbox Quota – Set a storage limit, or leave the default
Click Create Mailbox to confirm.
✅ Step 4: Confirmation
Once created, your mailbox will appear in the list of active mailboxes and will be ready to use.
You can now:

Log in via Webmail

Connect to an email app (like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail)

Create aliases or forwarders if needed
