How to Submit a Support Ticket

๐Ÿ” Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area

Visit https://my.ecowebhosting.co.uk and log in with your account credentials.


๐Ÿ“ฉ Step 2: Start a New Ticket

  1. From the main menu, go to Support > Open Ticket

  2. Choose the appropriate department:

    • Technical Support โ€“ for hosting, website, or email issues

    • Billing Support โ€“ for invoices, payments, or renewals

    • Sales โ€“ for upgrades, new orders, or product enquiries

๐Ÿ“ Step 3: Fill in Ticket Details

To help us assist you efficiently, include:

  • A clear subject line (e.g. โ€œEmail not sending from info@mydomain.comโ€)

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Any relevant email addresses, domains, or service names

  • Screenshots or error messages (if available)

  • Steps youโ€™ve already taken to troubleshoot the issue

You can view and reply to your tickets at any time via Support > My Tickets.
