Managing Your Contact Information

Keeping your contact details up to date ensures you receive important notifications about your account, billing, domains, and support tickets. You can view and edit this information easily from within your Eco Web Hosting client area.


🔐 Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area

Head to https://my.ecowebhosting.co.uk and log in.


👤 Step 2: Open Your Profile

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner

  2. Select My Profile


✏️ Step 3: Edit Your Contact Information

From here, you can update:

  • Full name

  • Company name (if applicable)

  • Primary contact email address

  • Phone number

  • Billing address

Click Save Changes when you're done.

⚠️ Your primary email is used for login and all account notifications — make sure it's one you actively monitor.


📣 Want Someone Else to Receive Notifications?

If you need someone else to receive invoices or domain renewal reminders, you can add them as a contact or sub-account. (Covered in the next article.)
